2222ph Terms & Conditions

By accessing the 2222ph platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gambling regulations;
• Are a natural person acting in your personal capacity, and not acting on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity for the purpose of wagering;
• Are not a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 2222ph or any of its affiliate game providers;
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To participate in real-money gaming on the 2222ph platform, you are required to create a personal account. You may only hold one (1) active account on the 2222ph platform at any time. The operation of multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, a valid email address, your Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your registered details must be reported to 2222ph support promptly.

As part of our KYC process, 2222ph may require you to submit copies of valid identification documents, including but not limited to a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS/PhilHealth/TIN card, as well as proof of payment method ownership and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

All financial transactions on the 2222ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 2222ph supports the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at 2222ph's sole discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer. Deposits are generally credited to your 2222ph account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment channel used. 2222ph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours during regular operating hours. 2222ph reserves the right to extend the processing time for withdrawals requiring additional verification. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and verified as belonging to your account during KYC.

2222ph reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of this Agreement or applicable Philippine law.

2222ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are published at the time the offer is communicated to you. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and this Agreement, the specific promotional term shall prevail for that offer.

Unless stated otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement;
• The standard wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount unless the specific offer states otherwise;
• 2222ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account;
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, arbitrage, or mechanical betting strategies will result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

All games offered on the 2222ph platform are operated in accordance with the rules published for each individual game. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game session, including but not limited to connection interruptions, software errors, or hardware failures on the player's end, 2222ph's server-side game records shall constitute the authoritative record of the transaction. 2222ph accepts no responsibility for losses arising from technical issues on the player's device, internet connection, or local network.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the 2222ph platform are independently certified for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements — real cards, real roulette wheels, real dice — operated by certified croupiers. 2222ph does not and cannot manipulate live dealer game outcomes.

Players are prohibited from using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 2222ph games. The use of any such tools constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2222ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating another person's multiple account operation;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the underlying software or systems of the 2222ph platform;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to conceal or convert proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2222ph staff or other players through any communication channel.

Game content is licensed to 2222ph by third-party providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. All rights reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2222ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 2222ph platform;
• Loss of winnings arising from technical malfunctions, system outages, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, game outcomes, or statistical data displayed on the platform.

In no event shall 2222ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the platform exceed the amount of funds currently held in your 2222ph account balance at the time the claim arises.

2222ph reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or upon instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority in the Philippines.

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements and verification checks will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, unless the closure arises from a breach of this Agreement, in which case 2222ph may forfeit the entire account balance. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure under all circumstances.

If your dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in the Philippines. The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through amicable negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Server-side game logs and transaction records maintained by 2222ph shall constitute the final and binding record for the purposes of any dispute resolution.

2222ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of a material change, 2222ph will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the 2222ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the 2222ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 2222ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorised or unlawful use of the platform.
